Our hearts are heavy, as we learned on Tuesday night that our baby(ies) have passed away and we are to prepare for another miscarriage.
On the day of our transfer, our embryos (especially the one) thawed so well, that we were convinced that this would work. Yet, from day one, our HCG levels had risen quite slowly and always hovered on the low end of normal. We had 3 ultra sounds and each time, the gestational sac (where the embryos are in) measured smaller than it should’ve been.
(I have also dealt with severe depression this past month, but we will share more about that in the next post.)
After our blood test and ultra sound on Tuesday, both our family doctor and fertility doctor have agreed that we need to go off all fertility meds and wait….
